2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and z788 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any part of the z788 Platform. z788 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Verification. z788 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identity document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time specified will result in Account suspension.
3.3 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the z788 Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and requirements applicable in your jurisdiction. z788 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular territory.
3.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of z788 and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player Accounts or participate in any promotions.
z788 employs automated and manual age verification. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately, all balances (including winnings) will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on z788. The operation of duplicate, linked, or connected Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and accurate at all times.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. z788 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.4 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify z788 support immediately. z788 may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation.
4.5 KYC Verification. z788 may at any time request that you complete KYC verification by submitting identity documents. This requirement may be triggered by withdrawal requests, large deposits, or routine compliance checks. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may be restricted or closed.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. z788 currently supports the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and 1LINK. z788 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z788 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly through player Accounts.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast are typically credited to the player's Wallet within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the originating institution. z788 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Before processing any withdrawal, z788 requires: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method where required. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the Account cashier section.
5.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are not derived from any illegal activity. z788 operates anti-money laundering procedures and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
5.6 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. z788 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by z788 are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus are specified in the promotion details.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms; placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent; or any other conduct that z788 reasonably determines to be an attempt to abuse promotional offers.
6.4 z788 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing Bonus Funds already credited to a player's Account at the time of modification will not be affected.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on z788 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface or betting market on the Platform.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. z788 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. Bets are not confirmed until z788 has accepted them and a confirmation reference has been issued to the player.
7.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, z788 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings paid in error are not valid and z788 may recover them from the player's Account balance.
7.4 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time due to match conditions, data feed interruptions, or z788's trading decisions. Bets placed after a material event has occurred but before the market has been updated may be voided.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. z788 may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. These limits are published in the sportsbook and casino sections of the Platform and are subject to change.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z788 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. 12.1 z788 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraudulent or illegal activity; or at the player's own request.
12.2 Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, z788 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in the Account, including Real Money Funds, where permitted by applicable law and where the balance is reasonably connected to the breach in question.
12.3 Where an Account is closed without cause attributable to the player, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the player via the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period.
12.4 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting z788 support. Any outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure. Pending withdrawals of Real Money Funds will be processed in the normal course.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z788's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or bet shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds balance held in that player's Account at the time the claim arises.
13.2 z788 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; or loss of business opportunity arising from use of the Platform.
13.3 z788 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions. z788 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
13.4 z788 is not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; network or telecommunications failures; actions of payment service providers; or regulatory interventions.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which z788 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory requirements.
15.2 Your continued use of the z788 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
15.3 The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall apply to that dispute, except where a court or arbitration body of competent jurisdiction determines otherwise.
